Weekly Blog Post #1

So having to keep a blog with P.E is new. HAVE NOT had to record how my P.E experience(Goals, What I did, Did I meet my goals ) through A Blog.
Should be called Physical Education With Blogging....................................................................................
otherwise its mis-leading.
Other then that....
My Not-Set-In-Stone Goal is to Run some type of event by my 19th Birthday, I have never done one before. At the Gym Yesterday ( Wednesday, June 26. 2013 ) I did a 10 min Run on the Treadmill going from 1.5k for first 5 minutes then rising to 4.5km for the last 3 minutes, Decided to try the Stairs Machine but it felt more awkward then on a Treadmill. So I hopped on the Treadmill again and did 0.5 mile Run. at 4.5 km/h and at an incline of  8% - 12% . Although i would like to run some event, but for the time being , it isn't possible for my situation right now.

  1. Hmm...it's great to be open to new experiences, there's more than one way to accomplish the same things.

    Nice to read about your running. I'm with you, I'm not a fan of the stair climber either, because I'm sore afterwards with it working my legs. I guess that's a good thing though.

    And not to worry, everyone has a life that gets in the way of exercising and physical activity. It takes a lot to "force" yourself to keep active in these times. It's important to remember though, that your health and overall mood is and can be often improved with physical activity. Especially when doing it with friends.
